Directions


 
From the South by car – head towards the town of Haverfordwest then follow these local directions to get from Haverfordwest to St Davids:

…once you get to Haverfordwest:
Follow the A487 to St. David’s (Tyddewi), passing through Newgale, Solva, and Nine Wells.

…once you get to St Davids:
Take the first road on the left after the driveway to “The Waterings” B&B, signposted for ‘Caerfai’. There is a large car park on the left, which is the best place to park.  From the car park entrance, follow the path – We are situated on the right hand side, just opposite Oriel-Y-Parc Information Centre.

From the North by car – head towards the town of Fishguard then follow these local directions to get from Fishguard to St Davids:

…once you get to Fishguard:
Follow the A487 to St. David’s (Tyddewi).

…once you get to St Davids:
Follow the one-way system until the T-junction (Nunn Street / High Street). Turn left, then take the second road on the right (first road is a no-entry) signposted ‘Caerfai’. There is a large car park on the left followed by a small lane.  From the car park entrance, follow the path – We are situated on the right hand side, just opposite Oriel-Y-Parc Information Centre.

Haverfordwest Train Station [HVF] and Fishguard Train Station [FGH] are both approximately 18 miles from St Davids city centre, so if you are visiting us by rail you would need to catch either a bus or taxi for the rest of this beautiful route to St Davids. Getting here by coach

The nearest National Express coach station is Haverfordwest. Again you would be best to catch a bus/taxi to St Davids from the Coach Station in Haverfordwest. You can find the bus timetables here. Pembrokeshire taxi firms can be found here.
